Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Communicate promptly and clearly during the project to avoid delays.

• Review and approve work within agreed timeframes to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  

Payment Terms

• All services must be paid in full according to the agreed pricing before project commencement unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

• Prices are subject to change but will not affect any services already contracted.

• Invoices, if applicable, are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon.
  

Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of the original content you provide.

• LeadMag Studios retains ownership of any templates, proprietary frameworks, systems, or tools used or developed during service delivery.

• We reserve the right to showcase anonymized samples of completed projects (with no client-identifiable information) for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
  

Project Delivery and Revisions

• Project delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and cooperation.

• Reasonable revisions are included as specified in each service package.

• Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the included services may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

• Final project files will be delivered in agreed formats (PDF, PNG, PPT, etc.) upon project completion.
  

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and creative nature of our services, all sales are final.
Refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
If an issue arises, we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.
